- Lead all construction operations for multifamily and urban residential projects.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all construction operations, managing teams of project managers, superintendents, and field staff.
- Oversee all phases of multifamily and urban residential construction projects, including pre-construction planning, project execution, and close-out.
- Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and workflows to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed contract requirements, quality benchmarks, and local building code standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and effective communication across teams.
- Establish and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and implement robust financial controls across multiple concurrent projects.
- Review and analyze project performance metrics, proactively addressing schedule, cost, or quality risks through corrective action plans.
- Promote a strong jobsite safety culture, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Oversee quality control processes, conducting regular site reviews and inspections to ensure construction excellence.
- Lead subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management, focusing on building long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, inspectors, and permitting authorities.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reporting and executive-level updates on status, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
- At least 10 years of progressive construction experience, including senior leadership or director-level roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading multifamily, mixed-use, or urban residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of design-build delivery methods and experience working with integrated project teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Expertise in construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, entitlement processes, and safety regulations in urban environments.
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining involved in daily operations.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are preferred.
