- Prepare written comments and executive summaries on subcontractor submissions.
- Compile, verify, and distribute cost documentation to support project deliverables.
- Perform timely cost checking, valuation, and cost impact assessments to support decision-making.
- Manage and update contingency and commitment tracking logs, ensuring cost control and accountability at all stages of the project.
- Produce regular cost reports for presentation to project leadership.
- Assist in preparing and distributing monthly owner billings in coordination with the project manager.
- Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontractor scopes of work.
- Negotiate and finalize accounts in a timely and professional manner.
