Construction Contract Administrator - Summary
- Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts for goods and services
- Ensure contracts align with organizational objectives and budget constraints

Duties & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate all types of construction-related contracts with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation
- Coordinate contract proposals, secure required estimates, and handle approval workflows efficiently
- Track and maintain necessary insurance documentation for all parties involved in construction projects
- Administer billing processes and handle AIA documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial standards
- Post accounts receivable transactions and manage contract documentation in support of project managers
- Ensure contract records are up-to-date, easily accessible, and compliant with company policies
- Facilitate communication between project management, accounting, and external stakeholders regarding contract matters

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent business experience (8+ years preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in contract administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of contract law, accounting principles, and financial management
- Experience with job costing and work in process methodologies
- Background in construction and project management
- Familiarity with ERP systems and sales tax processes
