Construction Administrative Assistant - Summary

- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for projects, contracts, and technical records.
- Assist with document control and timely distribution of project-related information.
- Coordinate the scheduling of field work activities and support day-to-day project logistics.
- Support proposal preparation, assemble qualification packages, and manage bid documentation processes.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic accounting or billing support as required.
- Interface with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage general office tasks, including ordering supplies, coordinating office needs, and supporting overall office operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or related professional services.
- Experience supporting project managers, engineers, or construction teams is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree or higher is advantageous.
