- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors throughout the payment lifecycle, ensuring all requirements are satisfied before payments are issued.
- Process subcontractor payments with careful attention to billing requirements and contractual obligations.
- Maintain and utilize electronic filing systems for subcontract documentation to support project transparency and record-keeping.
- Verify prevailing wage requirements for subcontractor payments when applicable.
- Review subcontract agreements and change orders, updating the accounting system for accuracy and completeness.
- Process job cost transfers for materials, equipment, and other related expenses, ensuring accurate project costing.
- Compile invoices and supporting documentation for monthly owner substantiation, ensuring timely and accurate project billing.
- Perform general accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management to support the department and organizational objectives.
