Concrete Superintendent - Summary
- Lead and supervise commercial concrete construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and manage field crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations
- Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct field crews on all aspects of commercial concrete projects
- Organize and plan daily jobsite activities to maximize productivity
- Monitor project schedules and manage resources to meet critical deadlines
- Troubleshoot field issues and implement timely, practical solutions
- Develop and mentor field staff, fostering a positive and accountable team environment
- Oversee the use, maintenance, and security of company equipment and tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times
- Coordinate with multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications accurately
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies

Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction
- Proven experience supervising crews on commercial concrete projects
- Advanced knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, reinforcing steel, site preparation, layout, grading, and curing methods
- Ability to operate and oversee the use of construction equipment
- Strong skills in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints
- Experience managing multiple crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
