Compliance Analyst - Summary
- Acts as a key contributor to the development, execution, and continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes within the organization.
- Collaborates with the Operations Senior Manager and other team members to ensure timely and accurate healthcare transparency reporting at both the federal and state levels.
- Focuses on operational excellence through the monitoring and management of compliance payments systems and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement activities.
- Plays an active role in maintaining the organization's commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute compliance reporting processes related to the U.S. Open Payments/Sunshine Act and other relevant state or global disclosure requirements.
- Monitor and review healthcare professional engagement activities to ensure they adhere to all applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Work closely with operations leadership to identify and implement process improvements that enhance compliance program effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, documentation, and findings to support internal audits and external regulatory reviews.
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of compliance payments systems, ensuring transactions are properly documented and reported.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments regarding compliance best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the training of staff on compliance-related topics and promote a culture of integrity within the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience working in healthcare compliance or a related regulatory environment.
- At least two years of experience monitoring healthcare professional engagement activities, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.
- Two or more years of hands-on experience with compliance payments systems, including documentation and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a dynamic environment.
