Compensation Manager - Summary
- Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation matters to ensure alignment with the organization’s compensation philosophy and business objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage compensation processes, including annual planning and off-cycle reviews.
- Analyze market data and internal trends to support talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with both domestic and international teams to ensure global compensation programs are equitable and regionally relevant.

- 6-8 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing compensation processes and increasing responsibility.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. compensation regulations, including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for complex data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Experience with international compensation programs and an understanding of global market considerations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate across all levels of the organization.
