The Compensation Analyst plays a vital role in supporting and managing compensation systems, specifically with expertise in incentive compensation management platforms such as Xactly Incent. As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of incentive compensation calculations, providing essential end-user support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize compensation processes. As a Compensation Analyst, you will manage and support the daily operations of the Xactly Incent platform. To be successful as a Compensation Analyst, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of four years of experience working with Xactly Incent or a similar compensation management platform is required. A strong understanding of incentive compensation models, data governance, and proficiency in managing large datasets is essential.
