The Compensation Analyst plays a vital role in supporting and managing compensation systems, specifically with expertise in incentive compensation management platforms such as Xactly Incent. As a Compensation Analyst, you will manage and support the daily operations of the Xactly Incent platform. The Compensation Analyst will play an integral role in supporting end-users, addressing their system and data-related inquiries, and assisting in the testing and implementation of new compensation plans and system enhancements.
Maintaining thorough and accurate process documentation is essential for compliance and audit requirements. You will be expected to collaborate with various internal departments, integrating data between Xactly Incent and other critical systems, such as Workday and Mission. This integration work is pivotal for maintaining consistency and accuracy across all compensation-related data. Your role as a Compensation Analyst will also involve data validation, reconciliation, and ongoing process improvement, ensuring compensation policies and procedures are executed seamlessly.
To be successful as a Compensation Analyst, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of four years of experience working with Xactly Incent or a similar compensation management platform is required. A strong understanding of incentive compensation models, data governance, and proficiency in managing large datasets is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple departments will help you thrive in this position.
