- 5+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience in a corporate environment
- 3+ years of experience with compensation principles, job evaluation, market pricing, and pay structures
- 2+ years of experience with compensation surveys and HR systems (such as Workday)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented compensation professional
- Experienced in market pricing, job evaluation, and pay structures
- Comfortable managing compensation cycles and making data-driven decisions
