As a Compensation Analyst, you will be entrusted with a range of critical responsibilities, including the administration and processing of high-volume transactional requests related to field technician pay plans. Your duties will also include ensuring all compensation activities are compliant with company policies and relevant regulations, conducting routine audits to uphold the accuracy and integrity of payroll data, and responding promptly to compensation-related inquiries from employees and management teams. Your expertise in leveraging HRIS systems, such as Workday, and incentive compensation management (ICM) systems, like Xactly or Callidus, will be essential in supporting process improvements and maintaining efficient workflows. Additionally, you will play a key role in documenting and refining standard operating procedures to foster continuous improvement within the compensation function.
The ideal candidate for the Compensation Analyst position will possess a minimum of three years’ experience in a transactional compensation, accounting, or customer service role, with a proven track record of handling a high volume of transactions with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, as well as strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Your ability to effectively partner with stakeholders, support both internal and external partners, and contribute to process optimization initiatives will help drive the success of the compensation team and the broader organization.
