Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for campaign partners, sponsors, volunteers, donors, media representatives, and community organizations, fostering open and consistent communication.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with key stakeholders through regular engagement and stewardship activities.
- Coordinate cross-market campaign activities, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and action items are met in a timely manner.
- Participate in planning meetings, document key action points, track assignments, and follow up to guarantee successful execution of campaign tasks.
- Plan and execute a variety of campaign-related events, including milestone celebrations, community gatherings, donor appreciation events, open houses, and fundraising activities.
- Oversee event logistics, manage vendor relationships, engage and coordinate volunteers, and ensure smooth on-site execution of events.
- Support the recruitment of sponsors and maintain relationships with event sponsors and community partners.
- Oversee donation collection processes and maintain accurate records in designated systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist with local marketing and promotional initiatives, including the development and distribution of newsletters, social media content, and media outreach to increase community awareness.
- Track project progress, monitor expenses, manage event budgets, and handle campaign-related administrative duties.
- Support post-event reporting, financial reconciliation, and campaign performance evaluations to inform future initiatives.
- Travel as required to attend meetings, site visits, community events, and campaign functions in various markets.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination, event management, community engagement, fundraising, sponsorship development, partnership management, business development, or related fields.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success planning and executing events from concept through completion.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and motivate external partners, sponsors, volunteers, and community leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and outreach.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Experience working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to manage expense tracking, donation documentation, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support campaign and event needs.
