Community Engagement Manager - Summary

- Plan, manage, and attend core events, including Showplace and other major community initiatives.
- Support the implementation of local marketing strategies and promotional efforts.
- Track project actions using collaboration tools, maintaining comprehensive documentation for campaign activities.
- Follow up on all deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination, including managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Background in event planning, logistics, and on-site execution, with experience in volunteer and vendor coordination.
- Demonstrated fundraising, sponsorship, sales, or relationship management experience, with the ability to engage partners and secure support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of representing the organization professionally.
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms (such as Teams/Outlook), spreadsheets, task management tools, and CRM systems (e.g., TeamRaiser).
