Communications Manager – AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the AI Center of Excellence communications plan, working closely with leadership to set priorities and timelines for initiatives.
- Create, edit, and publish a variety of engaging content, such as newsletters, internal articles, FAQs, success stories, and AI use case spotlights.
- Maintain and update SharePoint sites, ensuring content is accurate, current, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Support and coordinate AI-focused webinars, training sessions, town halls, and other internal events, including the development of promotional materials and key messaging.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics, preparing regular reports that inform strategy and demonstrate the impact of engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment of messaging and maximize awareness of AI initiatives.
- Utilize digital tools and multimedia approaches to enhance communications delivery and reach.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably in a technology or AI-focused environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management abilities with a proven track record of delivering high-quality communications content.
- Demonstrated skill in translating technical and AI-related information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience with digital communications platforms, particularly Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and content creation tools such as Canva.
- Proficiency or familiarity with AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, is highly desirable.
