As a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will take charge of multiple commercial roofing crews, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest technical specifications. Your technical expertise in flat roofing systems—including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and advanced coatings—will be critical in delivering quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Daily responsibilities will include enforcing rigorous jobsite safety protocols, mentoring crew members, and coordinating jobsite logistics and resources.
Effective communication is key in this role, as you will serve as the primary liaison between field teams, leadership, project managers, general contractors, inspectors, vendors, and clients. Your ability to foster strong relationships and facilitate seamless collaboration will drive operational efficiency and project success. Additionally, you will oversee equipment management, crane operations, warehouse logistics, and facility maintenance, ensuring all aspects of the operation run smoothly and efficiently.

- Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety regulations
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills in commercial roofing environments
