Commercial Roofing Foreman - Summary- Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on various projects
- Deliver hands-on training in advanced roofing systems and safety protocols
- Serve as the primary field leader, responsible for daily jobsite operations
- Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
- Mentor and develop crew members to enhance their skills and career progression
- Oversee tear-offs, installations, repairs, and overall commercial roofing operations
- Train crew members on various commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, hot tar, cold process, and torch-down methods
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities and ensure all projects meet company and industry standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free job sites at all times
- Participate in safety meetings, manufacturer-led training, and ongoing professional development programs
- Promote effective communication between field teams and company leadership
- Foster a positive, accountable, and productive team culture focused on safety and quality workmanship

- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop roofing crews
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and related materials
- Experience with hot tar, kettle operations, and hot-work safety procedures is preferred
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute work-related documents and project requirements
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Garland certifications and training are considered a plus
