Commercial Project Specialist - Summary- Oversee all aspects of commercial project order management from entry to shipment.
- Act as a liaison between logistics, warehouse, and various internal teams to facilitate seamless order fulfillment.
- Utilize ERP systems (with an emphasis on SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite to ensure data quality and order integrity.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers, addressing changes and updates to orders as needed.
- Monitor open order reports and investigate discrepancies for continuous process improvement.
- Manage commercial orders and projects from initial entry through to final shipment, ensuring all requirements are fully met.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to confirm project specifications, delivery timelines, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the key contact for customer communications, handling requests for expedites, cancellations, address changes, and other updates.
- Review and maintain open order reports, researching discrepancies to uphold accurate records and data integrity.
- Leverage ERP system expertise, particularly in SAP, to track, update, and optimize order management processes.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve order and project-related issues, ensuring all stakeholders are updated and aligned.
- Document and escalate problems or delays as needed to drive timely resolutions.
