Commercial Plumbing Foreman - Summary- Lead and supervise commercial plumbing teams on construction sites
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of complex plumbing systems
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
- Utilize Procore for efficient project coordination and documentation
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of apprentices and journeymen plumbers
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
- Manage timesheets and daily field reports
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for plumbing and HVAC systems
- Monitor compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a culture of safety
- Manage material inventories, order supplies, and verify proper use of resources on site
- Collaborate weekly with project managers and other stakeholders to coordinate schedules and resolve technical issues

- Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial construction plumbing projects
- Prior experience as a foreman or in a similar leadership role strongly preferred
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and plumbing/HVAC integration
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Procore preferred
- Pennsylvania plumbing license preferred
- Proven track record of successful field leadership in commercial plumbing
- Demonstrated expertise in safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
