Commercial HVAC Service Manager - Summary- Lead and manage all aspects of commercial HVAC service operations, including field supervision, crew management, and client relations.
- Coordinate service projects in a fast-paced, on-the-road environment.
- Implement company policies and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee service-call response, system maintenance, repairs, and installations across a variety of commercial buildings.
- Act as field supervisor, providing leadership and guidance for multiple crews at multiple locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions in commercial HVAC systems.
- Supervise installation, replacement, calibration, and repair of critical HVAC equipment and controls, including motors, compressors, coils, contactors, transformers, and thermostats.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with commercial clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints accurately to ensure proper installation and repairs.
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies to create a safe and efficient work environment.
- Support and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
- Competitive hourly wage, with total compensation potential up to approximately $125,000–$150,000 annually depending on overtime and role responsibilities.

- Proficient in working with RTUs, DX split systems, SCAV units, boilers, ductless splits, chillers, cooling towers, water- and air-source heat pumps, and VRF systems.
- EPA Universal certification preferred.
- Strong record of safe driving and ability to travel between multiple commercial sites.
- Demonstrated leadership, field supervision, and customer service skills.
- Proven experience leading commercial HVAC field teams and handling complex service projects.
- In-depth technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability in all major commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints accurately.
- Strong communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining positive client relationships.
