Key Responsibilities- Lead on-site coordination and management for major commercial construction projects, focusing on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily activities of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed according to project schedules, specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with regulatory and safety requirements throughout all phases of construction.
- Resolve construction challenges by identifying practical and innovative solutions while upholding the organization’s reputation for quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow across project teams.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments to schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Support and foster a positive team environment that encourages mentorship, collaboration, and professional development.
- Proven expertise in subcontractor coordination and construction sequencing for commercial construction projects.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial construction supervision, with a strong background in public works or state-funded projects.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale and versatile commercial construction, ideally including educational, municipal, or public safety builds.
- Proficient in using Procore construction management software or similar project management tools.
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
