CNC Machinist Programmer - Summary
- Full-time role focused on precision CNC machining and programming

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and program precision tooling using Fusion 360
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot 3-axis CNC mills with Fanuc controls
- Perform manual machining tasks on knee mills and engine lathes
- Interpret and refine CAD/CAM models to enhance production efficiency and tool longevity
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to address machining needs rapidly
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and strictly adhere to all safety protocols
- Support ongoing process improvements and quality control initiatives
Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining and Fusion 360 programming
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to finished product
- Proficient with Fanuc G-code and manual machining techniques
- Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, and tool life optimization
- Excellent skills in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
- Self-motivated with outstanding time management and communication abilities
