This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong technical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality control at every stage of the manufacturing process.

In this full-time CNC Machinist role, you will be tasked with loading raw materials, installing tooling, inputting or selecting programmed instructions, and initiating machine cycles based on established production schedules. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, making sure that each component meets or exceeds customer and company standards. The CNC Machinist is expected to perform thorough inspections of finished parts using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers, documenting results and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Daily responsibilities also include monitoring machine operations by supervising feed rates, spindle speeds, and cycle times. You will be responsible for making minor adjustments to settings and tooling as needed, proactively identifying and addressing any issues that could affect product quality or machine performance. Routine equipment maintenance, such as checking coolant levels, cleaning work surfaces, and clearing away chips and debris, is essential to keep machines in optimal working condition and to prevent downtime.
