CNC Machinist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Load, set up, and manage CNC programs for various machining tasks, including milling, drilling, and turning operations.

- Conduct daily equipment inspections to confirm proper functionality and report any irregularities.
- Maintain accurate production records, documenting all machine actions and quality checks.

- Perform routine CNC machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Apply knowledge of 3/4/5 axis vertical and lathe machining centers for complex jobs.
- Utilize manual mill and lathe skills as a supplementary expertise.
- Operate shop hand tools, measuring devices, saws, grinders, and deburring equipment to support production.
- Adhere strictly to all shop safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
