Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate mills, lathes, and other machine tools, both manual and CNC, to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate machining of parts.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify that parts meet all required tolerances and quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machine tools to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to achieve daily production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving in the machining environment.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machining processes, enhance safety, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in machining, with a strong foundation in both manual and CNC operations.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform detailed inspections.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics for precise part fabrication.
