Duties & Responsibilities
- Provision, monitor, support, and decommission cloud services, primarily on Microsoft Azure, with exposure to AWS and GCP.
- Troubleshoot cloud environment performance, connectivity, and security issues across multi-cloud workloads.
- Support identity and access services, including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and assist with authentication and authorization initiatives.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and technical services teams to implement new cloud technologies and improve operational processes.
- Provide escalated support to end users and service desk technicians, including occasional after-hours support as needed.
- Automate routine processes to improve reliability and efficiency of cloud services.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or at least 3 years of equivalent hands-on experience.
- Practical experience supporting Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, security, web apps, and related services).
- Working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in cloud performance, connectivity, security, backup, restore, recovery, and high availability.
- Experience with core Microsoft infrastructure fundamentals, including Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and Windows authentication concepts.
- General networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, and subnetting.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and willingness to work independently in a dynamic setting.
- Availability to provide occasional night and weekend support as required.
