- Engage in possible observational phases, which may involve tracking smoking behaviors over time without any active intervention.
- Provide feedback and share personal strategies related to triggers, cravings, and coping mechanisms associated with smoking addiction.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Current or former smoker with a history of nicotine addiction or challenges related to smoking cessation.
- Ability and willingness to provide honest, reflective, and thorough responses regarding your experiences.
- Reliable internet access to participate in online aspects of the study.
- Willingness to commit to the study schedule, which may range from several weeks to a few months depending on study requirements.
