You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and present the most qualified candidates for consideration. Your expertise in utilizing multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, colleges, and career fairs will be essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate for this Clinical Recruiter position will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least three years of clinical recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for roles such as Nurse Practitioners (NP), Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Medical Social Workers (MSW), and care management professionals is highly desirable. You should have a proven track record of supporting high-volume hiring within the healthcare industry and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
