As a Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD), you will provide comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The role involves working with both adult and child populations, utilizing your expertise to ensure the best possible behavioral health outcomes. You will be responsible for conducting crisis interventions, risk assessments, psychological testing, rehabilitation support, and fitness-for-duty evaluations. All duties are performed in strict adherence to APA ethical standards, state licensure requirements, and military treatment facility guidelines. Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, testing, and collateral information.
- Establish psychiatric diagnoses based on the DSM criteria.
- Provide individual and group therapy for adults and children, including crisis intervention and rehabilitation support.
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments and tests, preparing thorough reports as needed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, effective behavioral health care.
- Perform risk assessments for suicidality and homicidality, and provide urgent triage services for those in crisis.
- Assist with fitness-for-duty evaluations and related documentation.
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards, licensing requirements, and military treatment facility protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Completion of an APA-accredited internship/residency in psychology.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the U.S. or its territories.
- Ability to obtain credentialing and clinical privileges at a Military Treatment Facility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- CNACI Child Care National Agency Check with Inquiries required.
- Experience with psychological services for adults and/or children, including diagnosis and treatment of behavioral disorders.
- Preferred: Experience working with military populations or familiarity with military culture.

- Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout medical facilities for extended periods.
- Must be able to observe and assess patient behavior, communicate clearly, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- On-site work is required, with services scheduled between 0630 and 1800, Monday through Friday.
