Clinical Application Analyst - Summary- Support and maintain clinical applications within a hospital or healthcare environment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and software vendors to enhance and optimize healthcare software solutions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards, including HIPAA regulations.
- Contribute to the integration of EHR systems and clinical interfaces, utilizing standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Support telehealth and virtual care platforms, driving improvements in clinical workflows and patient care delivery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to clinical applications, ensuring software remains up-to-date and fully functional.

- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting clinical applications in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proven experience working with vendor-supported healthcare software solutions.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, particularly in inpatient environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare privacy and security requirements, with emphasis on HIPAA compliance.
- Familiarity with healthcare integration standards such as HL7 and FHIR is highly desirable.
