Clinic Nursing Quality Manager RN - Summary
- Provides leadership and oversight for clinical quality and nursing practice.
- Collaborates with executive and clinical teams to achieve organizational quality objectives.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement benchmarks.
- Works closely with staff in all clinical areas to implement best practices and improve patient outcomes.
- Acts as a key liaison between clinical and administrative departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality improvement metrics and action plans for clinical operations.
- Monitor compliance with HEDIS, RHC, PCMH, BCBS, ACO, and other mandated standards.
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to address quality gaps and drive process improvements using evidence-based methodologies such as DMAIC and PDSA.
- Supervise and support nursing and clinical staff, including routine performance evaluations and competency assessments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and enhance clinical quality standards.
- Manage staff schedules and implement staffing solutions as needed for optimal clinic operations.
- Prepare and submit reports and data to regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Maintain a high level of awareness regarding community healthcare needs and service requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
- Support biweekly departmental payroll and related administrative functions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active RN licensure required; LPN, MA, or strong clinical quality background considered.
- 2-3 years of clinical leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement and regulatory compliance in a clinical setting.
- Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and team leadership abilities.
