- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Preferred: Two or more years of clinical experience, ideally in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage in high-stress environments, and comply with HIPAA regulations.
