Client Services Specialist - Summary
- Support independent financial advisors and internal teams by managing client account documentation and service requests.
- Facilitate advisor transitions, account onboarding, and account maintenance activities.
- Contribute to day-to-day brokerage operations within a highly regarded wealth management firm.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and process paperwork for account opening, maintenance, representative changes, and advisor transitions.
- Deliver high-quality service and support to independent financial advisors.
- Review and follow up on both brokerage and non-brokerage account requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter resource within the brokerage operations team, providing insight and expertise as needed.
- Coordinate with clearing firms and update workflow systems to reflect current statuses and actions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, accurately documenting all activities in the appropriate systems.
- Provide cross-training and backup support to colleagues during periods of high volume, contributing to team success.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for financial services experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to learn and navigate brokerage systems such as NetX360, Wealthscape, Salesforce, FEI, and eQuipt.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
