Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist (MD, DO, Psychiatry, C&A) - Summary
- Full-time contract opportunity focused on inpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for youth aged 6–17 in an inpatient setting
- Provide clinical leadership and coordinate care with residents, nursing staff, and social workers
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Document patient care activities using the EPIC electronic medical record system
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support optimal outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a collaborative care environment
- Maintain a focus on safety, ethical standards, and evidence-based psychiatric care

Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Eligibility in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility for licensure via IMLC LOQ
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in an inpatient setting

- Strong commitment to youth psychiatry and mental health advocacy
