Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and provide strategic leadership for the organization’s clinical programs
- Dedicate time to direct clinical care while managing administrative and leadership tasks
- Advocate for clinicians and patients, ensuring delivery of cost-effective, patient-centered healthcare
- Collaborate with executive and senior management to implement strategic plans and achieve organizational goals
- Direct efforts to improve healthcare access and health outcomes within the community
- Develop and sustain a culture of continuous quality improvement among clinicians and staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and clinical safety protocols
- Communicate the clinical vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and promote clinician engagement and well-being
- Balance advocacy for clinicians with support for organizational objectives and peer collaboration

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least five years of experience as a practicing physician
- Three or more years of supervisory experience in a healthcare delivery setting, preferably in community health
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems; experience with Athena a plus
- Strong track record in meeting clinical goals and driving results
- High business acumen, including strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management
- Eligible for or currently holding a valid medical license
