- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least five years of experience as a practicing physician
- Three or more years of supervisory experience in a healthcare delivery setting, preferably in community health
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems; experience with Athena a plus
- Strong track record in meeting clinical goals and driving results
- High business acumen, including strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management
- Eligible for or currently holding a valid medical license
- Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical and administrative healthcare roles
- Commitment to advancing patient-centered, community-based care
- Effective communicator with the ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and dedicated to continuous improvement
- Proficient in leveraging health IT systems to enhance care delivery
