- Drive full-funnel marketing performance across paid search, paid social, SEO, display, CTV, email, and emerging channels
- Manage and optimize a substantial marketing budget with a focus on ROI and fiscal discipline
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence across digital, print, and customer touchpoints in various markets
- Lead integrated campaigns, content creation, and customer-facing brand experiences to elevate the customer journey
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, Finance, Technology, and HR to support organizational objectives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with senior or executive-level responsibilities
- Significant experience in B2C marketing, preferably within the home services or multi-location consumer services sector
- Proven track record of success in driving demand generation, performance marketing, and full-funnel optimization
- Expertise in managing substantial marketing budgets and improving marketing efficiency and ROI
- High analytical fluency, with experience in attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and KPI management
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while remaining hands-on as needed
- Experience in modernizing marketing systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
