The Chief Engineer leads facility management initiatives, coordinates with various departments such as engineering, transportation, and security, and guides the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. This leadership role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and continuous improvement in operational standards.

The Chief Engineer is tasked with maintaining active, positive working relationships with the management team, staff, and external stakeholders. The position requires the ability to plan, organize, and direct maintenance activities, while also providing hands-on support as needed.
