There is no requirement to cover obstetric, pediatric, trauma, or cardiac cases, simplifying your focus and allowing you to specialize in your preferred areas. The facility utilizes the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system, streamlining documentation and supporting seamless interdisciplinary communication.
Credentialing for this locum CRNA position generally ranges from 90 to 120 days, and candidates must hold a valid Wisconsin license or an active multistate license via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). The health system provides comprehensive credentialing support, handling all necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth onboarding process. - Supportive interdisciplinary surgical and anesthesia teams

- Provide safe, effective anesthesia care for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments, develop anesthesia care plans, and obtain informed consent
- Administer general and regional anesthesia using evidence-based techniques
- Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and during recovery
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document all aspects of anesthesia care in the Epic EMR system
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and adhere to best practices
