Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, including general surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and podiatry
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to optimize patient safety and outcomes
- Participate in a rotating call schedule, with first call every sixth night and post-call day off typically provided
- Ensure accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient responses
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) program
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Active state CRNA license or eligibility and willingness to obtain licensure
- Comfortable practicing independently, including handling OB and regional anesthesia cases
- Minimum of one year of post-training experience preferred
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
