Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality anesthesia services for outpatient surgical procedures
- Manage anesthetic care from preoperative evaluation through postoperative recovery
- Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and surgical team members in a care team model (medical direction 1:3)
- Provide anesthesia for a diverse case mix, including orthopedics (high volume), gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT, endoscopy, dental, and general surgery
- Administer anesthesia to both pediatric and adult patients
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the perioperative period
- Participate in efficient room turnover and maintain a steady workflow
- Utilize electronic medical records for documentation (Epic EMR)
- Uphold all clinical protocols and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Active, unrestricted state nursing license as required
- BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications
