CRNAs in this role are integral to the perioperative team, bringing advanced clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to anesthesia delivery. Assignments are structured with flexibility in mind, including combinations of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, and the option for weekend work provides additional adaptability for scheduling needs. There is no required call, making this opportunity appealing for those seeking work-life balance. The patient load and room assignments may vary, and the practice encompasses a full spectrum of adult surgical cases such as general surgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, gastroenterology, head and neck, thoracic, neurology, ENT, and OB. While OB anesthesia experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, and there are no cardiac or pediatric cases expected.

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will utilize EPIC (Health Connect) as the electronic medical record system, and on-site credentialing is streamlined to facilitate a smooth onboarding process. Credentialing typically takes approximately 60 days. Candidates must hold current board certification as a CRNA and maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications. PALS certification is preferred but may be negotiable based on experience and assignment requirements.
