We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic team in a prominent hospital setting. As a CRNA, you will be an integral member of a team, working under a medically directed model and collaborating with anesthesiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal anesthetic care for a diverse patient population.
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) role involves providing anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical specialties, including trauma, transplant, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, GU-GYN, robotics, and burns. The facility boasts 21 state-of-the-art operating room suites and supports a variety of non-operating room sites such as CT, MRI, bronchoscopies, neuro-angiography, and interventional radiology. CRNAs in this position are expected to manage an average of 3 to 5 cases per day, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.
This full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position offers three different shift options to accommodate various personal and professional needs. Shifts include 6:00 am to 7:30 pm, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, and 8:00 am to 9:30 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The call schedule will be determined based on departmental needs and candidate availability, providing flexibility for the right individual. The hospital utilizes the EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring seamless documentation and communication across all care teams.
To be considered for this Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) role, candidates must hold active board certification as a CRNA and possess a valid state nursing license. A minimum of three years’ experience in anesthesiology is required, preferably within a high-acuity or academic hospital setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. The credentialing process typically takes between 30 to 60 days, and applicants should be prepared to start as soon as credentialing is completed.
