Optigy is searching for a dedicated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesiology team. The CRNA will collaborate within a large and diverse anesthesia care team, providing services across a broad spectrum of surgical specialties. As a CRNA in our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering anesthesia services for procedures in areas such as transplant, ENT, trauma, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic, orthopedics, and more. The position offers a flexible schedule with a variety of shift lengths, allowing for an adaptable work-life balance. Working with over 160 anesthesia professionals and a large group of CRNAs per shift, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills in a robust, medically supervised setting while making meaningful contributions to patient outcomes.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care in collaboration with supervising anesthesiologists
- Manage anesthesia for diverse surgical procedures, including transplant, ENT, trauma, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic, and orthopedics
- Ensure safe and high-quality perioperative patient care at all times
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using the EPIC electronic medical record system
- Participate in a flexible scheduling model with shifts of 12, 16, 18, or 24 hours
- Work across multiple campus locations as needed
- Collaborate effectively with a team of over 160 clinical anesthesia professionals
- Adhere to a medically supervised CRNA practice model (regional blocks performed by physicians)
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings as required
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of $225 per hour for CRNA services
- Daily overtime after 12 hours and weekly overtime after 168 hours
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification required
- Board Certification required
- Ability to work in a medically supervised CRNA setting
- Open to candidates with or without a Massachusetts license
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system preferred
- Clean practice file preferred but not mandatory
- Must be comfortable managing cases under supervision, without performing regional blocks
- Flexibility to work across multiple campus locations as needed
