The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position centers around providing comprehensive anesthesia care in a team-oriented and autonomous practice setting. CRNAs in this role are integral to the perioperative process, handling a broad case mix that includes orthopedics, ENT, gastroenterology, gynecology, obstetrics, urology, spine, general surgery, and endoscopy. Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care for five operating rooms, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period.
- Manage a broad variety of cases, including orthopedics, ENT, GI, GYN, obstetrics, urology, spine, general surgery, and endoscopy.
- Participate in a balanced call rotation that promotes work-life balance while maintaining high-quality care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Exercise a high degree of autonomy, making independent clinical decisions as needed and performing procedures such as spinals, epidurals, and regional anesthesia.
- Maintain proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques or demonstrate a willingness to train and develop these skills.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current certification as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a CRNA.
