In this CRNA position, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients, assisting with pre-operative and post-operative assessments, and ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative process. The anesthesiology team at Palm Health focuses on bread-and-butter cases, with no obstetric or trauma cases, fostering a focused and manageable caseload for CRNAs. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Summary- Deliver anesthesia care as part of a collaborative team under the supervision of an anesthesiologist
- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient evaluation and management
- Practice exclusively on bread-and-butter cases without obstetric or trauma responsibilities

- Administer various forms of anesthesia to surgical patients under anesthesiologist supervision

- Monitor patients throughout procedures, adjusting anesthesia as necessary to ensure safety and comfort
- Participate in post-operative care, including patient monitoring and evaluation following anesthesia
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
- Follow all protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations
- Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education as required

- Board Certification or Board Eligibility as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active certification in ACLS, BLS, and ABLS (PALS not required)
- Valid GA or IMLC licensure
- Hospital or surgery center privileges not required; temporary privileges available
- Ability to complete credentialing in approximately 14 days with a complete file
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety
- Experienced or new-graduate CRNA ready to practice independently within a supportive team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists and surgical staff
- Detail-oriented clinician who values compliance, accuracy, and patient safety
