Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Summary- Provide expert anesthesia care to patients in a variety of clinical settings.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to assess, plan, and implement anesthesia plans.

- Administer anesthetics to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, including reviewing patient histories, performing physical exams, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests.
- Develop individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with surgical and medical teams.
- Monitor patients during procedures, making real-time adjustments to anesthesia levels as needed.
- Manage patient recovery from anesthesia, providing post-anesthesia care and evaluating for potential complications.
