Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Summary
- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary perioperative team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in a dynamic schedule with options for 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, depending on operational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients for a variety of surgical procedures, including General, OB, and ASC cases.
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop anesthesia care plans, and monitor patient status during procedures.
- Collaborate with attending anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure documentation complies with hospital policies and legal requirements.
- Respond to emergency situations, utilizing advanced clinical skills and critical thinking to manage patient care.
- Participate in departmental meetings and continuing education to stay current on best practices in anesthesia care.
- Provide patient and family education regarding anesthesia procedures and post-operative care.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Active RN license and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) credentials as required by state regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in administering anesthesia for General, OB, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) cases.
