Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, endoscopy, vascular, ENT, neuro, cardiac, urology, GI, and obstetrics.
- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
- Administer anesthesia under a collaborative supervision model, with ratios ranging from 1:2 to 1:4 depending on case complexity.
- Monitor patient status throughout procedures and during recovery, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Document all aspects of anesthesia care using Epic EMR systems.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all institutional protocols, regulatory guidelines, and best practices in anesthesia care.
- Participate in smooth and efficient credentialing processes to ensure timely start dates.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the NBCRNA.
- Active Pennsylvania CRNA license (strongly preferred).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- At least two years of recent CRNA experience in an acute care setting.
- Child Abuse Clearance, as required for Pennsylvania licensure.
