If you are a CRNA seeking flexibility, a diverse clinical environment, and the chance to work alongside a collaborative medical team, this opportunity could be the ideal next step in your career.

The CRNA will play a vital role in administering anesthesia care to a primarily adult patient population, with select healthy pediatric ENT cases. The clinical scope includes general surgical, pain management, GI, and ENT procedures, contributing to a high-quality patient care environment. This position does not involve cardiac, obstetric, regional anesthesia, or central line placements, allowing CRNAs to focus on their core anesthesia competencies.

CRNAs in this system work within a supervised Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model, typically at a 4:1 ratio, with anesthesiologists performing blocks. The schedule is highly flexible, with multiple shift options available, including 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts. While weekend and evening coverage are optional, there is no call requirement, promoting a strong work-life balance for anesthesia professionals.

To qualify for this Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position, candidates must hold active AANA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and be licensed to practice as a CRNA. Prior hospital-based CRNA experience is required, ensuring candidates are well-prepared for the fast-paced and varied environment. Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records is beneficial, and candidates should be comfortable with credentialing processes that may take up to 60 days.

Compensation for this role is highly competitive, with hourly rates commensurate with experience and commitment. Additional benefits include reimbursement for travel expenses such as hotel stays and mileage, supporting those who may commute to the various clinical sites. The healthcare system is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive work environment and encourages CRNAs from diverse backgrounds to apply.

Located in a region known for its revitalized downtown, vibrant arts scene, and access to natural attractions, this is an outstanding opportunity for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists seeking both professional fulfillment and an excellent quality of life.
