Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, urology, obstetric, gastrointestinal, neurosurgical, cardiothoracic, and interventional cases in the cath lab.
- Participate as a valued member of a collaborative, medically directed anesthesia care team comprised of anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
- Administer various types of anesthesia, monitor patient responses, and manage anesthesia recovery processes in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Utilize state-of-the-art anesthesia equipment and technology in modern operating room suites.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.
- Engage in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities to remain current with the latest advancements in anesthesia care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes throughout the perioperative period.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, with eligibility to practice as a CRNA.
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
- Proficiency in administering all forms of anesthesia and managing perioperative patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-based model.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
