Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer safe and effective anesthesia care to patients across a range of surgeries and procedures
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to formulate anesthesia plans tailored to each patient
- Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia, ensuring optimal outcomes and rapid recovery
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient histories and physical examinations
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Participate in ongoing training, including hospital modules and EPIC system orientation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices in the delivery of anesthesia care

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification required
- Current state licensure in good standing; temporary licenses may be obtained for expedited onboarding
